If the game also installed install the games for windows, go to the Control Panel and desinstalelno from Add / Remove Programs.
Remember also enter the update folder, which is one that appears in the blue circle, and install the update dede "setup.exe." Also copy the "paul.dll" located in the folder to the folder where skidrow INTAL game.
Another step:
What I did to fix the problem was to download an older version of the game for windows live, 2.algo version. I installed it. And when I opened the game let me create an offline profile.
