The regime had been excluded from the system. The province of Salta resume the

The decision by Education Minister, Leopoldo Van Cauwlaert of retool high schools in the disciplinary system based on the warnings, sparked the controversy of education specialists. Some consider this type of sanction is not right solution against bad behavior of adolescents.

Agree that both dialogue and reflection are important when disciplining students, and the need for educational institutions as a whole bet every day to the highest standards of living.

For a degree in Education and Masters in Education, Ana Anaquín is necessary to reconsider the issue of warnings, and that progress in living conditions and make information that was good at a time, not be in another. For the specialist is understood the minister's intention to give rigor and quality to the study, but "we must keep in mind that the Nation projects include secondary as required. Then he asked, "what happens if a student dismissed for excessive cautions. You may not leave school because it is mandatory but also can not access another establishment. Is an inclusion strategy, which aims to give everyone the opportunity to receive education. "

Anaquín considers Salta students are friendly and can be framed within a code of conduct without any problems.

For its part, has degrees in education, Silvia Figueroa says, that the dialogue and reflection is the solution. For the specialist, "with the warnings we do not get anything, because if you get 10 penalties, will not care that you put another 5 more and so on. It must be stressed that reflect, to make a mea culpa about the evil that they themselves and others when they act badly. "

On the other hand, Mary Rufino concerning education management, says that "we live in a world where boundaries are blurred in all areas. The image of the authority is undermined, making teachers feel orphans having no limits. " To Rufino, do not argue on the issue, but to be discussed deeply to find the best tools to make the educational field an exemplary living space.

The two ends

Earlier this week, Schools Minister, Children, and Family of the United Kingdom, presented a controversial code of conduct at a meeting of teachers. The official claim is to include the possibility that teachers can avail themselves of the use of physical force in any conflict that students generated during school hours. The measure in a major controversy erupted, led especially by parents of teens who fear their children are victims of beatings in schools. The teachers' union was not frowned upon the idea, because in the past few years were not attacked by student teachers. They think getting the limit with this measure.

Several teachers' history of aggression towards teenagers, so this practice is concerned with British families.

At the other end, last month a teenager born in Oran, was severely beaten by his master carpenter with a file that caused a sharp cut on his forehead, which led to direct intervention by the Ministry of Education.
