yellow pc power linuxz

hello taringeros

I'm a newbie and this being my first post is nothing better than to talk about free operating systems.

to start I'll start by saying that Red Hat is a Linux distribution created by Red Hat obviously worth mentioning that was very popular among home users. this is an open source software version 1.0 which was filed on November 3, 1994and the latest stable version is number nine but on January 13, 2011 version 7.1 came out the market worth mentioning that this is better prepared than the comprising nine.
its kind of kernel is monolithic. the first version and use RPM package format, and at one point served as a starting point for other distributions such as that which was oriented to the desktop PC called mandrake linux (with the original name of Red Hat Linux with KDE).

then came the Yellow Dog Linux which is inspired by Red Hat as a support for Power PC and ASPLinux, Yellow Dog Linux is a Red Hat with better support for non-Latin characters.
Red Hat Linux was sold primarily as a server operating system. It is also popular among companies that use "farm" of computers and, like the installation tool built by Kickstart script allows you to quickly setup and installation of standard hardware. Since version 8.0, Red Hat Linux is focused on corporate desktops.
