For no one should be surprised that the world of science and technology is governed mainly by men, which surely many of us would like to change but that seems to be a "solution" in the short term.

Under this program, Microsoft has signed an agreement with Mattel and female Scouts group in southern California, by which the famous doll Barbie-more specifically, Computer Engineer, who will become the model follow.

The program seeks to two hundred girls currently enrolled in school learn more about the world of technology, for which are held several meetings and workshops with employees of Microsoft.

The objective of this program is that twenty of these girls continue to develop their skills through online training course with a view to that in the near future opt for a career in the field of technology to develop their skills.
