With knees bent under the seat of the small car and drunk, Paul Hutton was arrested by police in the town of Clacton-on-Sea in Essex (England) while driving the small car of the Barbie toy, according to the Daily Mail in its online edition.

He said he was surprised by the decision. "I did not realize what he was doing. I knew it was crazy, but he was committing a crime," he said upon leaving court.
Hutton, 40, said he found the pink Barbie toy left on the street for 10 years and 8 months has been fixing it with his eldest son, aged 17, who is doing a car mechanics course.

"One day I was having a few drinks and arranging the picture when I decided to go with it and show it to a friend who lives nearby. Perhaps the police arrested me for something to tell your grandchildren," he said.
Police said the car in which Hutton was designed for children between three and five years and that its speed can be overcome by a pedestrian.

Essex Police say that in the middle of the street, Hutton warned not to drive the car and to get off, but was arrested when he ignored and tried to run very slowly
