The house of Mario has confirmed that it has scheduled the next home game console that will replace your uberpopular Wii. Without revealing details that the launch is scheduled for 2012, this opens the door to much speculation about the design and the future is going to take the company and also the position it will take against stiff competition.

Launched in November 2006, the Wii has sold just over 80 million units, seeing sales diminish gradually. Focused primarily on children and family games, the innovative motion gaming system caused a sensation at the time and justified the lack of graphical power and multimedia capabilities of the console and in my opinion the main weakness is returned to the console, the game system repetitive and tedious is returned and lost the striking too soon.

Say "2012" is too vague release date, but Nintendo promises to present a playable demo and more details at E3, which will be held in June in Los Angeles.
