Antivirus xp-antispyware computer virus

Hello, tube a problem with the virus xp-antispyware, and a wave of virus that got into my computer. Now they are a little quieter, but do not know how to delete forever.
AVG does not recognize. The ad-adware and no "remove fake antivurus 1.76" either! and not as out,
On the other hand, I had settled SpyHunter very many viruses that the others do not, but payment so that I could not remove.

Any recommendations?
